Through our chat and contact form we may collect your name, email and/or phone number, and the content of your message. We do NOT collect Social Security Numbers, EINs, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers through this channel. Our assistant is designed to decline and redirect you to a secure channel if you share this by mistake.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and determine which services may help you. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-Party Providers

Our chat assistant is powered by Ollama Cloud (AI provider). Conversations are also stored in our self-hosted Chatwoot inbox and routed through our self-hosted n8n automation.

Confidentiality

As a firm led by a CPA and IRS Enrolled Agent, ROCAFAM follows professional confidentiality standards (AICPA / IRS Circular 230), another reason sensitive tax data should never be shared through this website.

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

If we ever use SMS or WhatsApp for marketing, we will only do so with your explicit opt-in consent, and you can opt out at any time (TCPA).
